The 2026 Schedule can now be downloaded by clicking here. Hard copies are available from the Village Store, the Co-op or from a committee member (please click here for details). The 2026 Show page has more details about the Show and how to enter. This year's Show will be held on Sunday 6th September 2026 in the Old Basing Village Hall. Please put the date in your diary. We hope to see you there and hopefully your entries on the Show bench! New entrants are always welcome - it's not uncommon for first time entrants to win prizes and sometimes major awards. If in doubt "have a go" - advice and guidlelines for entering can be found on our advice page.
Show History
A copy of the 1956 Show Schedule has recently been kindly donated to us by Janet Keyes whose late father, E. R. Levitt, competed in the 2 mile Gent’s Handicap Walk (Open) - Final, finishing in 2nd place. A copy of that schedule can be downloaded by clicking here. More information about the history of the Show can be found on the history page and we'll be adding more images of old documents from our archive in the future.
